Apples harvested by volunteer hands from Cowichan backyards, fields and orchards handcrafted into cider that tastes like a sunny summer afternoon.
Hints of green apple, papaya & sweet grass make this an extraordinary way to remember & celebrate our local harvest.

Pours a semi-foggy gold with fast disappearing head, soft apple funk resembling freshly polished linoleum from 1971 on the nose. Flavour is very dry apples, lots of funk, vinyl paint from that refurbished apartment down the street when The Who were still in their prime. A very dry cider, earthy, not sweet at all, unique in that respect.
