Three unique yeast strains were used to create this dry hopped, fruit forward saison. Ekuanot and El Dorado hops enhance the fruit and tropical esters from the Brettanomyces strain (A&B) to bring notes of stone fruit and pineapple with just a hint of spice from the saison yeast. Nectar connector brings the funk to Funky Town!

The aroma is good earth grains, hay, with a kick of citrus in there. Has good muddy medium orange and nice foam. Flavour is murky grains, a bit of pepper spice. Mouthfeel is a little watery. Drinkable, but it's not coming together well.
