Ginnish: kinda like gin, but not. Juniper berries, angelica, coriander, lavender, hops, rosemary, and zest of lemons & oranges, all nestled to age in handcrafted cider nurtures a deliciously spirited character. Best enjoyed from a flared long stem crystal chalice... or an old mustard jar. Your choice. Enjoy!

Clear white body, heavily carbonated with lasting foam, looking nice. Soft soda apple on the nose as well as botanicals but they aren't marrying well, it kinda comes across like a sewage smell. Flavour is sweet apple with very soft gin juniper notes. Sweet finish. Not bad, not a standout.
