We’ve decided to give a new look to our Brett IPA! This years’ version is fermented with Brett Trois Vrai and generously hopped with Mosaic and Eldorado resulting in a tropical, fruity hop forward IPA!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Medium gold body and soft creamy foam, soft hops on the nose with hay hints. Flavour is nice hips and funky brett yeast on the back end, hay, earthiness. Good oiliness on the mouth. Delivers what's advertised.
