The pure Alsatian character, a blend of smoothness and French sophistication with a strong German charisma. Its taste is initially bitter with a refreshingly smooth aftertaste

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of jbrus. Clear yellow with a dense, creamy head with good retention and leaving a neat lacework. Aroma of brewing cereal. Medium body, brewing cereal and cardboard with a vague underlying tartness. Ends sweet with no bitterness. Rather poor. 311008

aroma:vanilla, sweet, slight sour. slight cereral. yellow with rather large white head, which disappears quickly. pleasant flavor lending to the sweet end, some of the flavors (slight cereral) reminds me of a non-alc beer, because of it’s lightness , but it has a lot of flavor. probably the best macro spanish below 6% i’ve had. (and i am #18 rater of spanish beer atm.)
