The pure Alsatian character, a blend of smoothness and French sophistication with a strong German charisma. Its taste is initially bitter with a refreshingly smooth aftertaste

Itโs alright, a faint taste of nothing, little foulness. For a lager itโs decent, I guess.

Botlle. Fairly neutral aroma. Golden, low lacing head, light carbonation. Soft grains, wheat bread, a hint fruit, light aromatic hops. Light yet somewhat chewy body, mellow mouthfeel. Quick finish - refreshing. Not bad but also not particularly exiting either.

Bottle 33cl. Light blonde beer with white head. Aroma to fresh malt. Poor, dry, light and watery final. A deception with this beer.

Bottle from El Corte Ingles, Bilbao. Had this at Mundaka campsite, Basque Country, Northern Spain sat outside Frank (camper) 08.07.11 Pours gold with a white head and a medium carbonation. Lager type flavourโs in the mouth, but also soft and malty with light sweetness including some honey, itโs not bad. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle. Honey/berry barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Sweet berry and creamy malt flavor. Nice malt flavor. Smooth easy drinking beer - I guess pretty much as good as most of the Alsatian beers Iโve had.

Bottle. Deep golden color, medium head. Malty aroma, some bread, and touch of cardboard and vegetables. Also a whiff of grassy hops. Flavor of malts and cardboard. A bit of bread and grass. Sweet. ok malt as it warmed, but not so good.

Bottled (Stockmann Tallinn, BB 01/2011)
Pale golden color, small white head. Aroma of boiled corn, grains and metal. Fizzy carbonation. Flavor is sweet, corn-malty (diacetyl?) with some cooked vegetables. Watery palate. Low bitterness. A swill. Needs much freshier bottle (this is maybe 8 months old).
