The Maple Leaf ISA is a lower-gravity, highly quaffable, well-balanced version of an IPA, designed to inspire. The recipe of this sailor's beer has been tweaked specially for the SV Maple Leaf, and in keeping with tradition this India Session Ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized, meant to be stored in a cool, dark place - a ship's bilge is perfect. Some natural sedimentation may occur.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5
Medium gold with a hint of brown, pretty weak foam on this. Okay candied orange hops on the nose, hints of sweet biscuit. Flavour is not too flavourful, some malts followed by a hoppy finish. Unintrusive at least, not offensive, but oh so very boring.
