12oz bottle into a La Chouffe tulip on 17th May 2016, one of a sixpack. Really upset when I realised that Sharkinator was not a Double Bock to be honest, as that was what I thought I was buying. Anything ending in ’ator’ is usually a beer in that style. Anyway this is a light coloured hazy lemony golden bodied beer with a wispy topping. Citrus notes in the aroma and taste, do not think I will manage to drink the other five in the pack, not impressed.

Bottle. A- Pine, citrus, spices. A- Orange color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Pine, citrus, spices, medium bitterness, caramel. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Not overly mind blowing but a good beer. Definitely more IPA than Witbier. Which I think it should be listed as an IPA. I think this bottle was a bit past it’s prime but it was nice.

Bottled (AbM). Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, fruity and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is wheat, some citrus, nectar, floral and fruity. Good balance, but a bit on the sweet side of things.

Tap @ Beer Temple, shared with Caesar, Benzai & Mr. Hangover. Pale, straw blonde color, cloudy. White head. Aroma’s: nice resinous, citrussy, some grain. Additionally wheat and fruity sourness retronasal. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, wheat, lactually less flavorful than expected from the aroma. Light bodied. Finishes with herbal hops, but hardly bitter.

Draught @ Beer Temple. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, nice fresh hoppyness. Taste malts, hops, fruity, fruit hop, quite grassy and decently bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Nice!

355ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, herbal, and piney hoppy aroma, hints of orange zest. Taste is slightly piney and citrusy hoppy, a dry touch of orange and orange zest, pale malty background. Too light for an IPA, not much overlapping with a Witbier - a simple, refreshing summer ale nevertheless.
