12oz bottle. Slightly hazy orange-yellow body. Thin white head. Odd ginger-lemongrass tea aroma. Cool mint touches, wintergreen, lavender. The flavor is a little more straightforward herbal tinged white IPA. Not that bad, not that good.

Bottle, at The Corner Foodery. A hazy, orange colored beer with a dense white head. The aroma is very citrus dominated, but a bit weak. Not much else. Orange zest, some pale malts and a hint of lemon in the flavor, along with a decent bitterness. Medium body and a nice carbonation level. Quite dry. Fruity finish. Rather boring this one, not much of a wit, not much of an ipa. 150622

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, yeast, caramel, fruits and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a wheat, yeasty and slightly caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On Tap at PreFunk Boise Hazy golden yellow Very light pale malt and hop aroma. Some hoppy fruity juciy hop flavors but quite light over all. I can see why the "wit" classification...but its still a WIPA

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent gold with a fine, foamy white head. Aroma is fruity perfume. It seems to head towards tropical fruits, but that cannot be. Med body. Flavor is towards tropical fruit. Where’s the earth? Where’s the citrus? Well, yeah, citrus seems part of all the fruit. This is fairly tasty stuff. Amazing what dry hopping a wit can accomplish. Finishes spritely and hoppy.

The short: more IPA that white. More pale ale than IPA. A slightly white pale ale? The longer: a nice aroma of citrus, passionfruit and peach with some bready malt thrown in. The hops are more muted than expected in the mouth, with the bread underpinning it. The palate is very thin and it stops just past half way on the tongue. Possibly the shortest beer I’ve ever tasted. In sum, the aroma is pleasant, the taste very disappointing. Squealer from Prince Wine Store Essendon.
