A lightly kettle soured table saison, with a huge addition of ginger and lime in our hopbock. Light, easy drinking and refreshing.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Solid ginger and lime on the nose but the saison doesn't chime in. Okay yellow body and little foam. Flavour is plenty of lime and some ginger but the beer is lost in the shuffle. Full enough on the mouth. Not quite there.
