Backlog from 2020. Spelled as Pilsener on the menu at the brewery. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, straw, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Modest foam on top of a clear gold body with some strong carbonation. Great pilsner aroma on the nose, crisp hops and sharp lager notes. Flavour is more sharp pilsner hops and sweet crisp lager notes. Full on the mouth. An exceptional pilsner and very well done.
