This is a dark ale beer that delights with its fruity peach and raisin note, as well as a touch of caramel.

On tap at Tribaun. Pours very dark red brown, with a decent lingering head. Aroma is lots of fruit and lots of caramel and biscuit. Flavour is big toffee, apple, distinct strawberry note and then a savoury biscuit finish. Certainly not the standard brown ale (personally would have this under APA or amber ale), with the fruity hops adding a delicious new dimension.

Bottle @ home. Hazy reddish color, average sized medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, hops, a bit fruity and even a touch of hoppy red fruit weirdly enough. Taste lightly malts, lightly hops, moderately bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer. [Edit: After reading the description the hoppy red fruit I got in the aroma seems logic]

0.33 l bottle form Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with Višnja 666, lovely Anja and Goran. Thanks Višnja! Hazy chestnut to ruby red, lasting off-white head. Fading aroma, fruity notes, caramel, light fruity hops. Light tartness, some alcohol, some sweetness. Warming, medium body and soft carbonation. Light hoppy finish. No hops here, really, if that’s what they wanted.

Hatalmas, nagyon tartós hab, sötétbarna szín. Illata intenzív, virágos, zöldfűszeres. Intenzív, gyantás, komlós, virágos, kissé földes ízvilág, markáns keserű, kevés pörkölt aroma, némi karamell. Utóíze főleg a komló keserűjéről szól, érdekes módon a gyantássága a korty lecsengésével elenyészik. Közepesen testes.

Bottle shared at home w/Mrk. Cloudy brown with thin greyish head. Sweet toasted caramel malts and rye. Brown bread, Coca Cola, raisins, sweet resiny hops with a mild bitterness. Medium sweet, under medium bitter. About medium bodied, round slick fat feel, average carbonation. Long bittersweet finish. Nice!

Copper colored, clear, small off white head, OK lasting. Aroma is of malt, biscuit, very light coffee, some light+ citrus and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, caramel, biscuit, bit toasty-roasty coffee, light citrus and more fruity notes, light+ bitterness. Medium- bodied, soft carbonation, bit creamy. Malt dominates, hops are very well hidden. (bottle, Pivoteka Zagreb)
