A traditional berliner weiss kettle-soured with our house lacto culture. We then added freshly squeezed lemons and grapefruits to this already delicious, tart beer.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy, dull, dark blond colour, no head. Strong grapefruit aroma. Aggressive acidity, citrusy, more lemon than grapefruit, it reminds me of those powder drinks to mix with water. Some citrus bitterness in the finish.
Bad.

On the nose is soda and soft lemon, has little foam and an okay soft yellow gold body. Flavour is good lemon notes and comes across like bitter lemonade. Mouthfeel is full, nice on the tongue. A good radler, I like the balance here between citrus and soda.
