We make all of our beers extremely drinkable. For an IPA, this is a challenge. We begin with the friendliest hops found. Mosaic is our bittering hop. Amarillo and Citra hops are it’s buddies. This easy going blend results in the most drinkable IPA strut’n around town.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, grassy biscuit malt with floral hops, light mineral notes, light herbaceous character, OK. In mouth, a nice grassy biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light resinous notes, light treacle, pleasant. On tap at Sanchos Craft Beer and Mexican food HCMC. 6-3-7-3-12

On tap at Standing Bar, pours a clear copper golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out floral and citrus hops, with toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with toasted biscuity malt and light floral hops. Dry and crisp. Easy.

Tap at Biacraft, District 3, HCMC. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, floral citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth light grainy sweet malt floral hop, light aniseed palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
