Baja Bound Mexican style lager is a refreshingly light lager that is the perfect accompaniment for any adventure – be it on, or off the beaten track. This crisp, cervesa style lager is lightly hopped, pale straw in colour and has subtle notes of malt and noble hops. You are bound to enjoy this!

On tap at Red Truck, pours a clear pale copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light cereal malts and straw. Flavour is bright and clean, with lots of straw, cereal malts, and light grass. Bright and clean. Simple but decent.

Clearish brown body and no foam. Smells like an American penny dropped in a toilet at a biker bar in San Diego. Flavour is much the same, drinking that toilet water as you're dunked for not making the drop in Tijuana. Either way, this isn't something you want to remember.

Draught at the brewery
Golden to light amber colour, clean. Very light malt aroma, very light caramel flavour, light stale feeling, and low bitterness.
Clean but rather useless.
