Complex, yet easy drinking. This table beer brewed with Scandinavian Keveik yeast surprises with its 3% ABV. Grape and floral notes on the nose lead to a farmhouse spice with a delicately light finish. This small beer is perfect for your table.

On tap at Ravens, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle saison yeast, with little else. Flavour is along the same lines, with light saison yeast and toasted biscuity malt. Light and easy, but a bit mineraly on the palate. Weak.

The aroma is almost nothing, maybe some faint sweetness. Has a soft cloudy yellow body and almost no foam on top. Flavour is floral fruity notes with no accents. Mouthfeel is dry enough, good crispness. This is a decent brew if a little simple, the low alcohol doesn't detract at all.
