It’s chocolate, it’s mint, it’s delicious! We started with a Milk Stout base and added cocoa nibs and a dose of mint to make the beer equivalent of one of Brandi’s favourite treats. This is most definitely a dessert beer that will pair great with chocolate desserts or vanilla ice cream.

Smells of big sweet mint and chocolate like all those candies your grandmother forced you to eat at her house during the holidays. Has a kind of watery black body and minimal foam. Flavour is big overbearing mint, it kicks in while the chocolate takes a back seat. I can dig some mint but this is all just too much mint. Mouthfeel is kind of watery, for a beer like this it should be full and sweet. It's not necessarily a bad idea but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.
