Old-country inspired ale is pale and completely unfiltered. Wheat, oats, and Moutere hops combine with Belgian Saison yeast, fermented very warm, gives off serious aroma of banana, cotton candy, black pepper, as well as strawberries n' cream.

On tap at the brewery. The aroma is peppery grains and what seems like cloves. Has a very weak yellow body with little foam. Flavour is nice peppery grains and cloves, some soft funky hay. Mouthfeel is full enough I suppose. This is okay but not too exciting.
