Clear gold. Yellow apple. Dry yellow apple, touch of sulphur and peel.

On tap at Cliffside, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and light champagne yeast. Flavour is crisp, with dry crisp apple skins and a little must. Crisp and clean. Solid.

On tap in Squamish. Aroma is soft apples with medium sweetness and nothing else. Has a bright gold body and little foam on top. Flavour is okay apple notes, no complexity, not sweet at least. Mouthfeel is reasonably crisp and full. It's very middling, you'd be hard pressed to remember it from all the other similar ciders around.
