A popular new style, the Brut IPA is exceptionally dry with champagne and white wine-like notes. We've enhanced those characteristics by blending in a wild 14 month barrel-aged beer conditioned on white grape must. The result is an effervescent and drinkable IPA with low bitterness, flavours of dehydrated pineapple, grapes, citrus, and finally, a slight wild brett character.

Growler fill from the brewery, brought back the fast way (Helijet) to the lower mainland. Pours modestly yellow with strong carbonation and reasonably good white foam on top. The aroma is crisp hops with sharp pineapple notes. Flavour is bright pineapple hops and good oil on the mouth followed by a reasonably crisp finish. This is good stuff, perhaps even worth driving to Port Alberni to try.
