A craft version of an American Light Lager. It is thirst quenching and easy to drink on the lawn with the whole neighbourhood. This is what macro lagers might taste like if you were supposed to taste them. Made with a generous quantity of flaked rice to keep it light and drinkable, but also lend it a rice pudding sweetness. Restrained bitterness, but we let a little tropical/melon flavour sneak in. This is the west coast; we couldn't leave the hops out entirely.

On tap at the brewer. Very yellow body with no head. Aroma is soft lemon with some apple. Flavour is apply grain, kind of cloying and odd with wheat grain notes. Very dry finish. An odd lager, certainly rough around the edges.

Pale blond, clean. Simple, sweetcorn, low bitterness, light butter.
