A beer with a white head and a persistent finish, Rock’n’Roll has a deep color and a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance. The first peppery scents leave room to light spices and notes of cereals, with a balanced harmony between freshness and warmth. The cereals sing their sweet notes while the ensemble of pepper, spices and hops supports them with a powerful counterpoint.

Sampled as Rock'n'Roll bought in Cuore di Puglia, Antwerpen Good off-white head over unclear, big-bubbled orange beer. Oxydation, oxydated malts, yet 6 months BEFORE BBd. Again oxydation in the flavour with rosewter, amandine, marzipan. Medium to well-boded, good carbonation, sticky-viscous. Prematurely aged, reason?? Must have been sweet to start with, all the same.

«Rock´n Roll». Gylden. Litt uklar. Høyt tett skum som daler sakte og etterlater pen lacing. Lett krydderaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken oregano & lakris. Uvariert.

A light orange and murky beer, a head is medium and yellowish blond. Aroma has fruitness, fresh and riped, mango, citrus, even banana, smooth. Taste has pleasant and smooth fruitness, mango, citrus, some spicyness. Medium bodied, fluffy palate. Great beer.

On tap at Open Baladin, Roma. Clear golden with a white head. Mild fruity and malty aroma with light citrus and slightly herbal notes. Medium to moderate sweet with bitterness on the lighter side. Easy to drink and fairly enjoyable.

Golden, cloudy with a large foamy white head. Aroma of three leaves, floral, fruits and sweet malt. Sweet, light bitter with a three leaves and fruit end. Liked and different.

2020, og vi er nå godt i gang med programmet for årets sesongstart på Mi2 Cardinal. Seremonimester Melberg har åpnet for innspill, og sannelig får jeg flere av mine ønsker innfridd, bl.a denne. Lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer helt ned. Innbydende aroma og smak med mango, appelsinmarmelade, ananas og granskudd. Like elegant som den er lekker, og mersmaken kommer som en selvfølge.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with little off-white head. Aroma of bread, citrus, notes of caramel and flowers. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Thin to medium bodied, slightly bitter finish. A very good, well balanced beer.

Både Vått & Tørt i Bakgården 2019. Golden color with an off-white head. Flavor is pine, citrus, pepper, oranges, malt, fruit, spices, grapefruit. Nice beer.
