A beer with a white head and a persistent finish, Rock’n’Roll has a deep color and a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance. The first peppery scents leave room to light spices and notes of cereals, with a balanced harmony between freshness and warmth. The cereals sing their sweet notes while the ensemble of pepper, spices and hops supports them with a powerful counterpoint.

Bottle. As Baladin Rock'n'Roll. A hazy golden colored beer with a finger-thick, dense off-white head. Citrusy, piney aroma with a very pleasant perfumed pepper scent. Orange zest too. It's medium bodied, soft and nicely carbonated, with a very soft bitterness. Orange, grapefruit, pale malts and that same pleasant pepper found in the aroma. Nice fruity and perfumed peppery finish. A nice and gentle beer, but not very rock'n'roll. 190719

Bottled 750ml (Alko web)
Orange colour, small steady white head and lace. Light fruity nose has light farmhouse vibe. Light to medium-bodied. Caramel, apricot, light spicey hops in the flavour. Sweetish, even estery. Simple, I can't find rock here.
