A beer with a white head and a persistent finish, Rock’n’Roll has a deep color and a slight, homogeneous hazy appearance. The first peppery scents leave room to light spices and notes of cereals, with a balanced harmony between freshness and warmth. The cereals sing their sweet notes while the ensemble of pepper, spices and hops supports them with a powerful counterpoint.

Bottle - Citrus peel and pith with some black pepper. Clearish gold with a rich off white head. A bit sweet, a bit bitter and pithy citrus and a touch of pepper. Not sure about the pepper.

Draught @ Open Baladin Roma. Pours cloudy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of hops and fruit. Sweetish, bready and malty flavour, with notes of fruit and bitter touches of hops. Estery and malty flavour with bitter hints of hops and alcohol. Not bad but I had expected something more rewarding and true to the style.

(Bottle) Pours hazy amber with tiny white head. Nice arom - yeast, banana, maybe hints of peach and pepper. Medium body with good carbonation. The foretaste is a nice fruity (banana and citrus) then the pepper and bitterness apppear and become dominant. They carry over with a very long finish. A bit to odd.

33cl bottle on a Frecciabianca grain in Italy. Pours in a plastic cup. Pours slightly orange gold with white foam. Aroma is pungent of pepper and orange peel, the former being too dominant in my view. Body is somehow dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium in sweetness, low bitterness, only in the finish, and with the spiciness again quite evident. Finish is long and spicy, with a small bitter of bitterness.
