Cerveza de color negro profundo, predominan notas tostadas de café expreso, caramelo y chocolate, acompañadas de frutos secos. En boca es compleja y destaca el chocolate amargor y licor, que son acompañados de un suave dulzor, dando paso a un delicado amargor.

18/12/2018. Bottle from Beervana, Savtiago. Pours mahogany brown with a small tan coloured head. Aroma of chocolate, carob, malt, ash, light coffee, liquorice and nut. Medium sweetness with medium to heavy roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bitter chocolate finish.

Nice big dark beige foam, black body. Good soft mocha aroma, hints of roasted barley, dark coffee and cream. Flavour is nice creamy oily coffee, chocolate syrup. Oily finish but it works. A nice imperial stout, very standard though, but still well done.
