Bottle shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Hazy yellow color, medium sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, musty, cardboard, old. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweetish, slightly weird. Decent body and carbonation.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Big thanks to quack-duck for that bottle. Looks really interesting. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts dry and fruity, reminds me of a good white wine. Fruity notes of apricot. Finish dry-malty, modest alcoholic. An interesting beer!

Bottle @ Really Late Ulfborg Summer Tasting, 2012. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Grain, bread, fruit and caramel. Fruity and dry. Medium bodied. Tasty.
