Columbus, Chinook, Simcoe & Centennial combine to create dank, piney, resinous hop aroma. Flavour is lightly earthy and slightly fruity. Our house yeast helps create a fantastic body and mouthfeel. Firm bitter finish.

Cask (Dancing Man, Southampton) - Murky amber. Peach, orange and passion fruit in the aroma. Hoppy taste with peach, mandarin and pineapple.

Aroma of hoppy creaminess. Small head that is not foamy but kind of coagulating on top of a yellow liquid with slight fog. Flavour is soft grain with cream ale hints and a sharp hoppiness. Good oiliness on the mouth. Not a bad mix of styles but could use some work.
