time holiday gift exclusively for Rogue employees. It was such a hit that at the urging of Brewmaster John Maier, we decided to share it with the world.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. Leicht trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer geringen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist harzig hopfig, Roggen, Pfirsich. Geschmack ist sehr hopfig bitter, harzig, Pfirsich, Aprikosen, Roggen.

Schöne große Flasche, kennt und mag man gern von Rogue. Optisch dunkles Rotbraun, stabiler Schaum. In der Nase nussig, dunkle Früchte. Im Trunk cremig, alkoholisch, Beeren, Sherry, hinten Holzfass, Alkohol. Lecker, aber mit Vorsicht zu geniessen. Könnte eine bessere Drinkability haben. Dennoch okay für 7.5%.

Bottle, 7.5%. Hazy dark amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, rye, little toasted, hop and grapefruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, rye, little toasted, medium sweet, hop, little grapefruit, pine, little earthy and medium bitter.

22 ounce bottle. Hazy copper color topped by a huge rocky beige head. Aroma has earthy rye and caramel notes. First sip is complex, earthy maltiness. There is an obvious rye and nutty character. Though this is billed as an IPA, the malt is really the star. Finish brings a welcomed hoppy bite, with mild resiny notes. This is a great brew with outstanding flavor nuances.
