This small batch brew is the ninth in our Limited Edition Brewer’s Pride Craft Brew Series. Warmer winners are pretty common for our "Little Brewery" in Shiner, Texas. Winter Warmers, on the other hand, not so much. The style is a Shiner first and has a complex, rich and sweet flavor courtesy of Chinook hops and dark, roasty malts. Grab one while you can; Texas Warmer Will provide the perfect warmth for a warmer winter.

Rare beer on tap at bowsers. I have a place for shiner, I like the brewery in general. Falls in the same category as saranac and schell, ASFAIC. This beer was clear and a little darker pale with some brown in there like yuengling. Nice creamy head. First smell is a sweet strong ale perfume of sweetness to lure you in. Good co2 initially and this is welcomed considering its high alky content. Yesserie, the alky is quite apparent. Ropey and leather. During the session it becomes almost cloying sweet but never quite gets there. As the name implies, in the end, there is a little warming goin down the gullet on the finish. I you like strong ale or barleywine give this a try and ignore my numbers.

Kind of a wacky mud aroma, some sweetness, lots of malt, maybe coriander buried in there. Good head but not too thick, okay medium copper body. Flavour is heavy syrupy malt with a crisp finish. Not sure if I really like the thickness on the mouth. Otherwise very good but kinda on the sweet side.
