Light brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts, honey and soft toffee. Taste is the same, leading to a medium dry finish.

Marrón oscura, sucia. Apenas espuma. Aroma a fermento, igual que el sabor. Notas de miel en ambos. Pero muy poco conseguida, como a medio hacer. Mala.

Pours with serious fog but almost no head, and I had to do some aggressive pouring to get even that. Soft mead aroma, nice honey, some hops. Flavour is a lot of smooth honey without anything else to back it up. Would do well chilled on a warm day, but there’s not much going on here. Drinkable at best.

Caña en summer beer Festival Gijón. Agosto 2015. (r04). Ligeros tonos a miel con maltas ligeramente tostadas. Normal.

Cloudy orange color without head (¿?), quite strange. Aroma with light notes of honey, lot of yeast. Flavor is yeasty, no carbonation. Must be tried again...
