Brewed with arabica coffee beans from a coffee farm run by K’ho ethic minority in the highlands of Da Lat. This beer is a rich and robust beauty that brings the flavor Vietnamese Ca Phe in every glass.

Pours completely black with a nice head. Aroma is really nice, basically just pure, intense, espresso-like coffee. Full blown Vietnamese coffee. A tad of sweetness. Flavour is not as interesting, loads of coffee, not that sweet (could be sweeter imho), rather dry. Love the aroma but could be a lot more complex, it’s mainly coffee.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a round bubbly light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, dry coffee. The flavour is liqourice bitter, light sweet with a smooth rich smoky roast, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft - Very nice dark roast coffee. Jet black with a rich light brown head. Dark sweet roast coffee with some dark sticky notes. Nose is great but flavor falls off a bit.
