This beer is brewed with clover honey from the Okanagan Valley. A hint of coriander gives the golden ale a fresh and inviting flavor that blends perfecly with aromatic German hops. Served with a slice of lime.

355ml can. (5.0% ABV) As Jasper The Bear Ale. Pours a clear gold-yellow with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of bready malt, honey, earthy yeast, floral and a hint of coriander. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, apple, honey and light coriander with a crisp, dry, mildly bitter, floral hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Meh.

This is a simple beer. Cleanly made, but relatively low on the hops. It is an easy drinker but nothing to go out of your way for. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Served with a wedge of lime - sure, why not? Soft malt aroma with a lot of that lime (yeah I ain’t no purist, if that’s the way they wanna serve it lets do it.) Modest head and golden body. Very heavy lemon sweet flavour with soft malt hints. Tasty but not spectacular.

On tap at Jasper Brewing, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head and a lemon wedge served with it. Nose is almost non-existent, with some residual lime from the wedge and light coriander. Flavour brings out a mix of subtle coriander and lime, finishing on a very limey note. Weak and gimmicky amateur brew. Not exciting.

Cask@Jasper Brewery Brewpub, Jasper (served with lime). Pale golden beer with a lime and gently hopped and dry aroma. The flavour is weakly dry with a slight touch of honey. Overall a very plain watery ale.

This is new: not the hefe is served with a slice of lemon, instead this one comes with a slice of lime; removed immediately, but it has already left trails behind. Blond color. It has just a light sweetness if compared to the Sutter Hill, otherwise I would not tell which is which.
