Bottle. Pale amber beer, clear, tall frothy head. Excellent retention. Lush lacing. Dull nectary aroma. Tropical fruit try to break through without any success. Medium body. Creamy texture. Bittersweet taste. Biscuity sweetness occupies the start of the taste. Later a powerful and harsh grapefruity bitterness hits you. On ending a metallic hint almost ruins things. They did not forget to put enough hops into it. They just did not manage to make it a non-massmarket.

Tasting in Rome-Italy with daniele and Mortlach, bottle. Dark golden color a bit amber, clear. Little white foam. Nose: caramel and sign of oxidation. Mouth: oxidation, not offensive but far too oxidized. Sweet somehow.

Bottle. It pours an almost clear golden body and a finger thick white head. The aroma is a bit too malty I think, with piney, resiny and grassy hops. It’s full bodied, quite dry and nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Wouldn’t mind more bitterness though. Pine cones, resins and grass, with caramel, bread and resins. Lasting bready, piney finish. A rather boring IPA, sure not in the West Coast style. 160911

Lahev (@My Národní): Clear, golden, mid-sized stable white head; mild to moderate sweetish bitter grainy and herbal-hoppy nose; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied for a beer of 6.5% and a bit tart; slightly lingering dryish grainy-herbal finish. A quite well drinkable brew, but no IPA at all...

Bottle. Color: Copper / gold, clear with a dense off white head. Bittersweet, malty. Hints of citrus and nuts. Long lasting bitter / citrus finish. Nice beer, although there is not a lot of hopbitterness you would expect on an ipa.
