0,5L bottle, BB 09.01.15. Pours dark brown with light tan head. The head stays. Aroma is malt, caramel, and grass. Taste is sweet, caramel, malt, grass, and roast. Overall: ok dark lager.

Flaska från SB. Mörkbrun som drar åt rött. Doft av mörkt bröd, mjölkchoklad, karamell och russin. Mjuk, rund munkänsla, söta smaker men ingen överdriven sötma, höig lätt besk humle i bakgrund funkar bra ihop. Välkomponerat och snyggt, bra balans och rena smaker som ändå saknar lite djup för att riktigt lyfta men riktigt gott hur som helst. Men maltsmakerna imponerar med sina kvalitéer.

500ml bottle from premiumczechbeers.co.uk. Dark brown colour, foamy biege head leaving some lacing and aroma of biscuit, malt, caramel, milk chocolate. Taste is sweet toasted malty, biscuit, caramel, chocolate powder, dark fruits and light bitter. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, malty finish with residual sweetness. Quite drinkable.

Flaska från SB. Rubinbrun vätska med högt gräddfärgat skum. Doft av säd och bröd. Lätt besk smak med bärigt inslag som går mot kakig sötma. Låg fyllighet med kort eftersmak.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Norma Jean. Dark brown with reddish hues and a tan head. Malt, caramel, dark bread, toastiness, sweet, a bit of licorice, kvass-like notes.

Tap@Voldby Ølmesse - Pours dark redish brown/black in colour with a large creamy off-white head. Dark fruits, and sweet malts, slight spice,caramel, choc but kind of artificial taste. Not great (D9)

Deep brown with a frothy, oatmeal head. Aroma is caramel, dark, fresh bread. Taste is very rich, sweet....predominately the dark bread.... almost a blackberry flavour, but not tart. Very pleasing to drink....nice beer.

Big pounder bottle. Pour is rather dark lager bu no where near schwartz. Smell is sweet farmy old cow maune in a barn. Taste is a little ruff for a dunkle, like on the baltic side of dunkel. Yes, mild baltic thing happeneing here. Goes down pretty easy. The finish has some of that off mild manure thing in there too. Mild alky impact helps with the acceptability factor.
