The combination of special colour malts gives the beer a full caramel flavour with traces of roasted black coffee and dried plums. 50cl bottle, BBE 05/2013. Poured nutty brown with a thin beige head, lacing. Caramel, toasted malt and vegetables in aroma. Flavor is way better, roasted malt, some mild coffee and milk chocolate. Long roasted finish.

33cl bottle (as Primator Premium Dark) from Systembolaget. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma of caramel, malt and dark fruits (prunes) with some roasted notes and hints of chocolate. Medium sweet with a balanced bitterness in the finish. Nice and quite refreshing.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear deep red brown colour with a beige, creamy and big head. Looks very welcoming. Nice aromas of sweet malts, dried fruits, prunes, oak, and chocolate. Feels fresh and slick in the mouth where also the sweet malts dominate but more towards chcolate, caramel, bread and nuts with a nice roast touch in the end. A sweet beer, but pleasant, and with nearly no bitterness. Well-balanced taste and with a somewhat soft mouthfeel.
