Draft. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, carmale, bread, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from the Antarabangsa Enterprise, Penang. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a old grainy malt woody floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

330ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb. The less said about this the better to be honest. Pretty poor.

33cl bottle thanks to Nick McCashin. Appearance - hazy golden with a decent head. Nose - honey, lemon and struck match. Taste - lemony but astringent. Again, struck match. Palate - light to medium bodied but unfortunately very cloying. Overall - the finish doesn’t resolve itself. It doesn’t make you want to drink another.

Pours gold/amber with a small fading head.Nose shows honey and floral hops. Simple but nice.Flavours include the same spicy and floral hops along with some honey. Finishes with a mild, plain bitterness.Could use a little more carbonation.

From a 330ml bottle on 13/9/2011. Pours a light golden with a biggish head. Has only a slight aroma of grain and citrus. The taste is frankly a bit weird, with a sharp, slightly sour bitterness quickly overwhelming the slightly sweet start. Doesn’t work for me.
