On tap at Grumpy Old Men, pours a cloudy chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light English hops, some toffee and bready malt. Flavour is not too far from an authentic one, with toasted bready caramel and English hops in good balance. Finishes with dry toasted caramel, just a hint of sweetness. Very pleasant - my favourite of the MBF beers.

Tap at My Beer Friend Market, Chiang Mai. Poured a medium brown colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a smooth, chewy, rich, malty, floral woody, resin hop bitter palate and light alcohol bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

200ml on tap at the brewpub. Medium creamy beige head. Hazy amber pour. A little malty sweetness in the aftertaste.
