Lousiane Red Ale is a robust and fruity beer that brings together four types of malted barley with three types of hop to produce a warming ale that has a floral finish. Extra Cascade hops are added at the end of the brewing process to give it this unique aroma, and a slightly higher alcohol after fermentation make this a perfect accompaniment to sausages, pork and other red meats.

An excellent red beer, full of hoppy taste and a great bitterness that sticks around well after the last sip. A very complex red, the best of a good lot at Louisiane

Draught@brewpub. Clear copper-amber color, small steady creamy head. Light fruity-lemony nose. Kind of bubblegummy flavor. Light palate, gentle hopping. Clean, ok table beer, but that’s all.
