Bottle 37,5cl. Hazy yellow, smal white head, no lacings. Aroma is an interesting mix of tropical fruit and funkyness. Taste is sour, close to tart, berries, dry with tart hints in the finish. Medium bodied with small bubbles. Very fresh!

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a small, white head. Very little aroma, perhaps some lactic acid. Medium body, an initial sweetness, noble rot and acetobacter. Some sharp tannins on my teeth and heavy acidity. Much more going on in the aroma than in the flavor here. 050721

Flaska från Brekeriet. Klar blekguldig med liten vit krona. Mycket fat, ek, citrus, citronskal, krusbär, fläder och fräschör från torrhumlingen. Ren och klar i smakerna, djup i syran.
