bottle from The Beer Store in Warsaw. Piana srednia, nie za trwala, pachnie wisniami i chyba bardziej malinami. W smaku faktycznie kwasne, subtelnie, nieco winnie, jak wytrawne czerwone wino, malo ciala ale przyjemna czerwona owocowosc z kwasnym posmakiem, Porter ciekawe podejscie, bardziej chyba tu po wlosku niz po Austriacku, czy zwlaszcza po niemiecku.

Tap at Maryensztadt in Warsaw, Poland. Pours dark, with red reflections and practically no foam. Aroma is dominated by cherries and some chocolate and coffee. Body is average, with low carbonation. Taste is elegantly sour, with some sweetness too. Final is average, with very limited astringency.

Bottle from Sebilinz as part of Euro swap. Red brown color, no head. Aroma of red fruits, dark malt, light chocolate. Taste, cherries and raspberries, chcolate, dark malt, light sourness. Good.

Tap.At Balkan beer Bash.Muddy black colour with small head.Aroma is sweet sour with flavour of berries and toasted malt sweet and a bit odd.

Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, cherries and raspberries. Pours hazy dark brown color with medium sized pinkish beige head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with refreshing tart berries, followed by roasted malt, caramel and nuts with smooth and crisp mouthfeel. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Bottle. Brown with a red haze. Soft roast and red fruit in the aroma. Sour flavor with chocolate, caramel, soft roast and red fruit. Pleasant. Hint of cacao in the finish.

Ein Sour Porter -sowas kannte ich bis jetzt nicht. Es ist tiefschwarz, geschmacklich aber vollkommen ein Sour Ale, das man mit Himbeeren gebraut hat. Das ist auch wirklich gut gelungen und Freunde von Sauerbieren haben auf jeden Fall viel Freude von diesem Collab Brew der 3 Brauereien aus 3 verschiedenen Ländern. Das Stoutige merkt man nur leicht im Einstieg. Doch finde ich es wirklich gut gelungen, auch wenn es mich nicht zu Begeisterungsstürmen hinreißt.

0.33 l bottle, shared with little Dina. Dark brown with reddish tint, small off-white head. Aroma is dark malts, wood, a touch of cardboard, hints of dark cherries and brandy. Yeasty doughy touch afterwards. No acidity on the nose. Sour fruit, red fruit and berries combined with a harsh roasty, woody, burnt and smoked note and cocoa in the finish. Tart dark cherries take over but soon give way to malty and cocoa undertones, combined with a plastic phenolic and slightly taninic feel. Not necessarily bad but quite messy. Light sourness, dry juicy fruity finish with a said undertone. Moderate to high carbonation, light to medium body, effervescent.
