From keg, half pint, shared with Finn at Oddfellows. Clear amber, remaining off-white layer, lacing rings down the glass. Pine and bread-like malts on the nose. Refreshing taste of leafy hops, pine and mild caramel malts. Well rounded malt-fruity aftertaste. Likable (Pub crawl in Exeter, 28.09.2016).

On tap at the Shacklewell Arms. Aroma is a little bitter with a good malty biscuit hit. Taste is much the same, with a little harsh bitterness and plenty of toast and biscuits from the malts.

On tap at the Fox Connaught hotel near London City Airport. Pours bright pale amber colour with an average sized white head. Aroma of light hop, caramel, grass and golden syrup. Somewhat over sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture. Finish is sweet, syrupy, light lasting bitterness. It’s ok but that’s all.
