Tavour: pours golden with a white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, lightly funky, with some minerals in there. Taste is slightly sour, light bitterness, booze is well covered. Interesting.

Cloudy deep gold with a nice head. Funk, lemon, pale malt, spicy notes, hop. Rather dry. Notable bitterness. Long pleasant aftertaste. Perfectly hidden flco.

(Bottle, vintage 2019) Hazy golden amber colour with brief, bubbly head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, dried apricots, orange, oak wood, almonds, cellar and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with cloudberries, dried apricots, grapefruit peel, oak wood, almonds, sourdough bread and barnyard. Gentle citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich and tasty. The alcohol level brings some extra complexity to the lambic part of the beer. Very nice.
