Lys brun klar med eggegult skum. Lukter bæreddik, noe trevirke og noe blomster. Middels fylde. Sur og bitter. Smaker sitronskall, grapefrukt, sure bær, eddik og fyrstikk. Middels lang.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours hazy orange, nose is huge funk, sherbert, lemon zest, taste is zesty citrus, sweet, funky.

Bottle at home ... hazy dark amber ... big white head .. eathy soft funk fruit nose .. soft dry fruit ... herbal .. light citrus earthy lemon fruit

Bretty, sweet, sugary, malty, but of farmhouse, hoppy

375 shared with Ryan @ Alex's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: a mix of lambic fun and Tripel with some booze. Taste: along the same lines, quite sophisticated and complex. There are Belgian yeasts, funk, nice (and dangerous) warming booze, esters, some light minerals. Overall: very nice.
