ein helles, naturtrübes Zwickelbier, das vor dem Abfüllen mit Jungbier verfeinert wird. Der Braumeister spricht hier in der Fachsprache vom „Aufkräusen“. Das Ergebnis ist ein süffiges und erfrischendes Bier. Ganz nach gewohnter Weiherer Art.

# 3956; 12/2023. Floral, bready, spicy, slightly white wine (Traminer, Pinot Gris) aroma. Murky yellow body, white head. Spicy, floral, light malty and yeasty. Wow, such a great kräusen-lager! I wish I had this beer fresh at the source. 0,5 l, bottle, Getränkemart, Kornwestheim (Swabia, Germany).

A light yellow and slightly hazy beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has grain, hay and grass. Taste has grain in the body, hay, some sweetness of honey, also bitterness level is nice. Medium bodied, pretty smooth. Great balance. Great beer.

Cloudy pale gold with a nice head. Aroma: clean malt, hay, good hop, fruity hints. Taste: medium dry, clean. High quality ingredients. Satisfying hoppy ending. Mouth feel: medium minus body. Appropriate carbonation. Summary: lovely balance. High purity.

Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, mild herbal nose. Sweetish malty, light herbal, notes of yeast and grass with short sweetish finish.
