ein helles, naturtrübes Zwickelbier, das vor dem Abfüllen mit Jungbier verfeinert wird. Der Braumeister spricht hier in der Fachsprache vom „Aufkräusen“. Das Ergebnis ist ein süffiges und erfrischendes Bier. Ganz nach gewohnter Weiherer Art.

Bottle from Hausmann Getränke. Moderately hazy yellow straw, great head. Nose is a malty, earthy, complex, rounded ode to the Helles style. Nice big mouthfeel with some sweetness, fresh hay, and slightly spicy bitterness on the finish. Wow, great Helles in excellent shape!

Pours a light hazy deep golden colour and a dense white head like whipped cream (een mooie toef). Aroma's of grassy hops, light roasted malts and light buttery. Flavour is just lightly sweet, grain, light bitter. Light to medium bodied. Fair carbonation. Finish is moderate bitter.

500ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, spicy, pale malty, minimally doughy and fruity, yeasty, herbal hoppy aroma, notes of apricot and peach, a biscuity touch, some protein. Taste is sweet-ish, spicy, biscuity, pale malty, yeasty fruity and minimally doughy, mildly bitter, grassy and leafy hoppy, notes of peach, apricot, whiffs of banana, a touch of protein, subtle tartness. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, prickly carbonation. Rich, well balanced, full of subtleties, refreshing, highly drinkable - excellent exemplar of a style not necessarily predestined to reach the top ratings.

bottle from meibier.de. Cloudy pale yellow with a tall and creamy white head, almost like a Hefeweizen. Malty, slightly grainy, with a yeasty fruity touch in the background and some god citrusy hops in the finish.

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Aningen disig ljusgul vätska med högt krämigt vitt skum. Doft av ljust bröd och hö. Bra kropp, mjuk och len, mer en helles än Kellerbier stilmässigt. Blommig humle, lite mineraler, hö, gräs. Väldigt drickvänlig utan att vara tråkig. Gott
