I fucking love this. Tripel with 3 fonteinen lambic. Everything I dreamed beer could be. Florals and light coriander. Grapefruit lambic yeast on a light but pertinent influx. Orange peel. Orange hazy pour with decent head. Light tangy finish with a touch of sweetness. Amazing beer. Bottle.

Hoppy and sour, well carbonated, sweet and smooth. Apples and tart citrus, very nice and refreshing.

Shared bottle at Pass trappå kjellerbryggeri 13.05.21. Hazy straw colour. Persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of lemon juice, passion fruit, pure brett, succade and marmalade. Grapefruit bitterness in aftertaste. Good!

375ml bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a dark hazy golden orange colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeasty, zesty citrus, big woody hops. The flavour is moderate sour, with a super dry, crisp, light boozy, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
