0.375 l bottle from 'Drinks & Gifts' at 10% abv, 2018 vintage, best before end of 2023. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity, gently funky and a bit yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon, horse blanket, gooseberry, wood, some clove and a touch of honey. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity-funky and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon, horse blanket, honey, clove, white wine and gooseberry, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite tart, gently woody-dry, fairly funky, vinous and a bit yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth, slightly effervescent and gently astringent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Superb balance between the lambic and the Blonde Ale, it's super pleasant because of the sweetness from the malts and the relatively full body. The lambic is quite dominant but the Blonde Ale adds even more depth to it. Very good!

375ml Bottle at share, courtesy of Buckeyeboy. Cloudy amber pour, nice fluffy head. Of course there's the brett, plus notes of brown sugar and some funk Fruity flavors emerge in the taste along with light woody barrel notes.

8-4-8-5-17 Bottle, vintage 2018, three years before bbd. Pours clear golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is hay and bretty fruits with grapes, gooseberries, white berries and apples, as well as farmhouse notes, minerals and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, wood and bretty fruits with grapes, white berries and notes of apples, as well as tannins, farmhouse and notes of pale malts. Dry bretty wooden finish.
