Imagine this: A mild summer evening at the Tanker Beach Boudoir. Scarcely towel-covered bodies chilling on the deck after a relaxing sauna. A pleasant breeze whistling past, gently caressing your hair and carrying scents of fruits and perfume-y flowers while you sip a cool drink with your loved one and watch as the boudoir's linen curtains slowly move with the wind. Now imagine that feeling as a beer. That's it. That's this beer. Brewed with our dear friends from Kakolan Panimo.

A volcano of white foam is waiting for you, when you open the can. After some minutes, it became normal, an enjoyable sour beer, refreshing and carbonated, yeasty, note of white wine, grapefruit, dry malt, fresh, 10.05.23, purchased at Mugi, Bussigny, tasting it at Epalinges.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, brief head. Citric nose with some spruce and lime. Yart with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Mild citric acid, some lime juice and minerals. Low bitterness.

Beermalade tasting in april 2021. Golden color with medium white head. Fruity aroma with red berriess, pineapples, vinous notes. Fruity, light sour taste, light sweetness, moderate peasant sourness. Nice.

Can via Beermalade. Pretty easy drinking, thin body, high carbonation. Light sourness, slightly salty. I also get some spruce, a bit of grass and juniper. Easy driniking. Good one.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Cloudy orange, small head. Fruity, berries, tart fruit. Citrusy, zesty. Melon. Vegetable. Low acidity on the nose, moderate sourness in the flavor. Moderate to high carbonation. Fruity, berries, orange juice. Light finish. A bit one sided.

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, sourish fruity nose. Light sour fruity peachy taste with short finish. Rather boring kettle sour.

44cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours yellow slightly irregular white foam. Aroma is herbal, tart citrus. Body is average, quite carbonated. Taste is medium bitter, with delicate sourness. Final is pretty short.
