Brett Burglar is our open-fermented brettanomyces version of our Hop Burglar IPA. Although the recipe is specifically modified to work with our house brett, the blend of hops and blood orange ring true to the original inspiration.

Sample at the Funkatorium. Hazy amber color with a medium white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Funky brett, hops and citrus in the nose. Medium body with flavors of citrus, brett, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly sour with a funky citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft. Clear golden color, large off white ice cream cone head. Aroma is very hoppy and dusty, and a few other terns I can’t quite read in my notes. Taste has bright dusty overripe fruit. Wow.
