Thanks to Beer Savant for sharing a bottle from batch 002 and 005 during his 50th birthday bash. The beer pours a clear bright golden color (progressively cloudier) with a medium frothy white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, citrus and oak. Light-bodied and moderately sour with flavors of funky fruit, yeast and spice. The finish is tart with a bretty yeast aftertaste. Really good all around.
